I’m translating a certificate issued by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce. You can see it here: https://tinyurl.com/x3tbh8me
One of the items in the company particulars is ‘’scale’’. What does ‘’scale’’ mean in this context? Smtg like ‘’size’’ of a company’’?
Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

This seem to be a classification that determines the fees they pay etc.

Madde 20 - a) Tarifeler dereceleri ihtiva eder.
b) Oda ve borsalar derece sayısını kendi durumlarına göre düzenleyecekleri kayıt ücreti ve yıllık aidat
tablosu dahilinde tesbit ederler.
c) Bu tabloda, dereceler fevkalâde derece, I. derece, II: derece, III. derece gibi sıra numarası alır. Ancak;
bu dereceler fevkalâde derece dahil 5'den az, 12'den fazla olamaz. Ayrıca, fevkalâde derece hariç, diğer dereceler
kendi içlerinde; 1/A, 1/B, 1/C, 1/D ve 2/A, 2/B, 2/C, 2/D gibi azami dört kademeye kadar ayrılabilir. "
