"...that xxx and xxx has [sic] made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make, constitute and appoint xxx, true and lawful attorney for her and in her name, place and stead, in matters concerning the following described parcel of real estate property, to wit:

[datos de registro de la propiedad]

Lo que me enreda es que la redacción pareciera indicar un listado de documentos y aparece un listado de acciones.

¿Estará bien decir "**deducciones de** comisiones de prestamistas (...) **de** las ganancias de cierre"?

Y continúa con la enumeración, la cual no es limitada... o sea que la enumeración no es excluyente... y ahí tenemos:

in order to effectuate (VERB) the sale of said property, including, but not limited to, (verbos nominalizados) **deducting for** lender fees, closing costs (...) **from** the closing proceeds; to receive and funds [sic] on her behalf..."
