Need spanish translation of above mentioned sentence.

At first the wanted translated on time in full and now the change it to timely, article specific and complete delivery.

Can anyone help me it´s urgent.

Es un alternativa. Un poco más de contexto ayudaría. Saber si se trata de una cadena de abastecimiento (lo interpreto así) o del destinatario del producto final
