Entre los varios que yo tengo, en unos lo titula
Contrato de trabajo de duración determinada,
Contrato de trabajo obra o servicio a tiempo completo
Contrato de trabajo temporal
En todos aparece la fecha de inicio y fin del contrato menos en el primero que es de 2013 y quizá sea un formato antiguo.
