Se trata de un manual de capacitación para conductores sobre un nuevo sistema de entregas de productos a domicilio de la empresa en cuestión.

El concepto es claro, son las entregas donde nadie "recibe personalmente" el producto, sino que el conductor lo deja en la puerta, por ejemplo.

Mis opciones (ninguna me convence del todo): entrega sin supervisión; entrega sin recepción

¿Alguna mejor forma de traducirlo claramente?

It means nobody has received and signed for the delivery, so the package is left unattended. Drivers take photos as evidence that it was left on the doorstep, in the entryway, etc.

NOTE: "entregado" not "entrega", this is important, as it means the package has been delivered.
