Вынужден удалить детали касательно конкретики. Но общий смысл в том, что в пунктах формулы содержатся что-то типа "исключающих" признаков, и такие признаки не принимаются экспертизой. Но я подзабыл, как точнее назвать такие дисклеймеры. Это не отказ от прав, это что-то вроде исключения признаков из общего патентуемого объема.
