English term or phrase: partial factors
Good afternoon, dear professionals! Pls help translating this term into Russian. The term is taken from the General Calculation of temporary stools for GBS (gravity-based structure being a floating basement of an LNG plant). Sorry for not giving more details as the information is confidential and I am bound by NDA.

2.4. PARTIAL FACTORS AND COMBINATIONS
The standards as used by XXX will be applicable for steel design (lashing lugs, strength calculation, etc.). This includes applying partial factors as such. The partial factors comply with EN 1990, the recommended values are used in EN 1990 up to and EN 1993.
For the temporary stools the next partial factors and combinations are used.
2.5. FACTORS RELATED TO THE COMBINATION VALUE OF A VARIABLE LOAD
Factors according to EN 1990 table A1.1.
Load 0 1 2
Variable loads in buildings category E, storage area 1.0 0.9 0.8
Snow (and ice) load on buildings (max. values from table) 0.7 0.5 0.2
Wind load on buildings 0.6 0.2 0.0

2.6. LOAD COMBINATIONS
In ULS the recommended values from EN 1990 annex A1 for the partial factors are used. According to the remark below table B2 in EN 1990 section B.3.2 this leads to a structure with a value  ≥ 3.8 for a reference period of 50 years, this is the -value for reliability class RC2 & consequences class CC2.
