Explanation:
Lozenge drops are used as a medicine. I don't know how they'd be used by the cosmetics industry, maybe they'd have benefits like those gummy vitamins to speed up hair growth and improve skin texture, but in drop form.

As lozenges podem ser preparadas por moldagem ou
compressão, e as troches são as lozenges preparadas por compressão, conceitos que são frequentemente usados de forma indistinta [22]. Este aspeto é incongruente com a terminologista aceite pela EMA, já que as pastilhas apenas podem ser preparadas por moldagem.
Segundo a terminologia usada por Allen, as lozenges podem ser divididas em três tipos: hard lozenges, que contêm açúcar, e que equivalem às pastilhas; soft lozenges que contêm polietilenoglicol (PEG) e são correspondentes às pastilhas moles; chewable lozenges que contêm gelatina e que, em definição, se assemelham às pastilhas mastigáveis [18].

Do que li, "lozenge" não tem a ver com a forma, o termo é utilizado em inglês mesmo ou traduzido por pastilha simplesmente.
"Drop" seria "drope" (espécie de rebuçado) em pt-pt e se for isso, então esta pastilha equivale à "hard lozenge".
