As I've said before, askers must cite more than just parts of a sentence to make it understandable. This particular sentence makes no sense at all, and it's obvious that the last word in it has been cut in half in the copy/paste process, making it, if possible, even more illegible. Also, the word "thee", which is used twice,seems to be used completely out of context, so I can't imagine what the meaning of it is intended to be! Sorry, but I can't help you unless you try and state more clearly what should be translated. :-)
