English term or phrase: kitchen hub
Hi,

Specific office space for mixed staff (compare coworking space) is to be built in Switzerland.

The principal describes it as follows to any future successful bidder:

DE:
Outline project specification:
Fit out of 1,457m² office space comprised of the following key components:
88 work stations
Reception
Large/medium/small meeting rooms
Focus booths and phone booths
Touch down area
Storage facilities
Staff amenities
***Kitchen hub***

Is this "Gemeinschaftsküche"?

Küchenanlage(n)
Explanation:
Hi Sebastian.
I find your "Gemeinschaftsküche" perfectly reasonable, but according to the German "Arbeitsstättenverordnung", the offices you describe could accommodate up to 120 people, at 12-15 m² per workplace, so I rather think Barbara is not thinking big enough.

It may indeed be intended to have a meal service for the staff there, so I would question whether a "Küchenzeile" or indeed "Kücheneinrichtung" would fill the bill

Küchenzeile / Kücheneinrichtung

Explanation:
Klar ist das eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Natürlich nicht voll ausgestattet, sondern nur so für Büromitarbeiter in den Pausen.

neutral  Birgit Gläser: Not in an office description and you'd be surprised how small a kitchen for 100 people could be , especially if it is only for coffee... maybe they have a break room under staff amenities, then the kitchen could be really small...

Küche

Explanation:
How about schlicht "Küche"? Just a thought… I guess this would help circumvent the question of size.
