English term or phrase: steward

The housekeeping team also cleans the staff changing rooms for women. The men’s changing rooms are cleaned by a **steward**.
This trolley is only used for transporting dirty items (= used plates/glasses/etc.]. It is cleaned after each service by the **stewards** using a disinfectant product.
The bar staff and the bar **steward** clean these machines after each service.
The bar **steward** uses a water and vinegar spray to clean the bar surface.
A **steward** is an assistant at a lower level to a waiter, housekeeper or bar staff

Merci !

commis
Explanation:
"A **steward** is an assistant at a lower level to a waiter, housekeeper or bar staff"

intendant

Explanation:
I think you have to assume that the term "steward" is correct (even though it might not be). A steward is a person/servant responsible for a particular service or function. So, perhaps the term "intendant" would cover that.

On the other hand, looking more closely at their duties and that they are defined as "an assistant at a lower level to a waiter, housekeeper or bar staff", "steward" really is the wrong term in English.

"steward
noun
1 A person employed to look after the passengers on a ship, aircraft, or train.

2 A person responsible for supplies of food to a college, club, or other institution.

3 An official appointed to supervise arrangements or keep order at a large public event, for example a race, match, or demonstration.

4 short for shop steward

5 A person employed to manage another's property, especially a large house or estate.

5.1 British historical An officer of the royal household, especially an administrator of Crown estates.
in titles ‘Chief Steward of the Duchy of Lancaster’

5.2 A person whose responsibility it is to take care of something.
‘farmers pride themselves on being stewards of the countryside’"

En revanche, votre <i>A steward is a person/servant responsible for a particular service or function</i> pencherait vers mon « préposé ». Bonne piste.

Asker: Désolé ! Oublié de préciser que j'ai déjà « intendant » pour <i>housekeeper</i>

Asker: Lire: «... nettoyer les vestiaires. »
