Hi everybody. I'd like to know how to translate this. Wash off their feet. Thanks in advance.

the kids kept saying = we need to get to higher ground ! we need to get to higher ground ! when they got to the other back part of the woods , there was like a big ocean view and all of a sudden, you could see this huge giant wave forming . then, the wave came right in that . it washed them off their feet in these woods . two of the little boys didn’t make it . the littlest one did . he was kinda like a little monkey on her back . he was grabbing unto her . she was so scared for the other two children . she tried so hard to find them . she had this one little boy .

les enfants n'arrêtaient pas de dire = nous devons aller plus haut ! nous devons aller plus haut ! quand ils sont arrivés à l'autre bout de la forêt, il y avait comme une grande vue sur l'océan et tout d'un coup, on pouvait voir cette énorme vague géante qui se formait . puis la vague est arrivée juste là . elle les a emportés dans ces bois . deux des petits garçons n'ont pas réussi à s'en sortir . il était un peu comme un petit singe sur son dos . il s'est agrippé à elle . elle avait si peur pour les deux autres enfants . elle a tant essayé de les retrouver . elle avait ce petit garçon là .
