You will find many scientific articles with these terms in the English literature. I would therefore put the English term in brackets so that the readers can search for similar research. The term is easy to translate into maaltijdprovocatietest, but it there are not many articles in Dutch on the topic. You will also find frequently: MTT (meal tolerance test) and MMTT (mixed-meal tolerance test), but more recently the trend has been to use the term challenge because they are looking at many parameters, not just glucose tolerance.
