Ho trovato "millesimo d'imposta", "imposta fondiaria" e "imposta sul reddito dei terreni", ma non ne sono tanto sicuro. Qualcuno conosce un traducente + calzante nel contesto dei bilanci ? Grz !

In Italia si chiama ICI, ma non credo tu possa tradurlo così; perciò opterei per 'imposta sugli immobili'..

Se invece si trattasse dell'impostazione sul reddito di beni immobiliari, direi 'imposta sul reddito (IRE) fondiario'

Over welke "onroerende voorheffing" gaat het nu?


Explanation:
Voor Vlaanderen is de "onroerende voorheffing" in ieder geval NIET hetzelfde als de ICI.

De "onroerende voorheffing", in de volksmond ook wel "grondbelasting" genoemd, is een jaarlijkse belasting die berekend wordt op het geïndexeerde kadastraal inkomen van onroerende goederen die in België gelegen zijn. De onroerende voorheffing is voor een gedeelte bestemd voor het Vlaamse Gewest. Het andere deel is bestemd voor de gemeenten en de provincies. Het deel voor de provincies en de gemeenten noemt men ook de "opcentiemen".

De "imposta comunale sugli immobili (ICI)" is een onroerend goedbelasting die volledig bestemd is voor de gemeenten waar het goed is gelegen.
