s.u. Explanation: Er soll dafür sorgen, dass er nicht mehr haftet (jetzt haftet er ja noch). Es sind nur ein bisschen komische Kommas im Satz. S. a. Google unter Wet bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid. Verkoper is er door mij, notaris, op gewezen dat hij er zelf zorg voor moet dagen dat hij zelf en en/of een ander, waarbij het niet alleen om de vennootschap gaat, niet meer aansprakelijk zijn voor een eventueel tekort op de betreffende bankrekeningen, (aansprakelijkheid) in welke vorm dan ook, waaronder hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid of borg. (( alternatief: dat zijn aansprakelijkheid .... beeindigd wordt). |
