Je kunt in ieder geval vaststellen dat de opdrachtgever/verrichter verantwoordelijk is voor de inhoud van de IB en dat de IB bedoeld is voor de hoofdonderzoeker/onderzoekers om daar beleid op te maken.

Het is dus letterlijk een 'brochure voor de (klinische) onderzoeker'

In de praktijk wordt het onvertaald gelaten.
Of er een Nederlandse vertaling voor is weet ik niet.

Ja, dat had ik ook begrepen van de ccmo.nl website, maar hoe noem je dan zo'n Investigator's Brochure in het Nederlands?

Of is het misschien:

Onderzoeksdossier = research file
Onderzoekersdossier = Investigator's Dossier
??

Volgens mij haal je twee dingen door elkaar.

The standard research file is the whole bag of tricks.
Investigator's Brochure is just one part of the standard research file.

An Investigator’s Brochure is a summary of clinical and preclinical data regarding a/the research product(s) relevant for the evaluation of the research product(s) in research subjects. Chapter 7 of the Good Clinical Practice guideline (CMPM/ICH135/95) describes the requirements for an Investigator’s Brochure.
