An Investigator’s Brochure is a summary of clinical and preclinical data regarding a/the research product(s) relevant for the evaluation of the research product(s) in research subjects. Chapter 7 of the Good Clinical Practice guideline (CMPM/ICH135/95) describes the requirements for an Investigator’s Brochure.
