The company may use chattels (inc. money) for this purpose Explanation: Some misconceptions here: in PIL > private international law aka conflict of laws uses the terms of both movable and immovable property, besides movables and immovables as a classification of Roman civil law property. They are not on all fours with the concepts of realty and personalty (not spelt personality) as used in EN law that has a hybrid of leasehold known as a 'chattel real'. We also need more context for 'hiervoor', namely whether the goods are being used as collateral security e.g. for a 'floating charge' vs. the unlikely non-corporate UK scenario of a conditional bill of sale by way of mortgage for 'items of personal property'.
