Asker: Excellent help, and excellent suggestion. (and funny, with the 'target words' comment). I agree, people should not be encouraged to translate if they are not a native speaker of the target: I would add "or if it is outside their areas of expertise." But then, that is what Proz/Kudoz is here for - to help out those who occassionaly do.
