I am afraid there is not a lot of useful context. This is an item on a very mixed checklist of things to be explained to new employees, and most of the text is about introducing them to the firm, ranging from outlines of its history, visions and mission to where the printers and coffee machines are, quite literally.

Most of it is in note form, and actual work routines are way beyond the scope of this checklist, especially as it is intended for practically all new employees at all levels.

Most will be in contact with the customers in one way or another.
So thanks to anyone who can suggest a good keyword!
