is opposed to Explanation: I guess this is the original document. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 24 mins (2021-02-12 13:34:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Pursuant to Article 2 of the COMA, the management of the common parts of condominium buildings built in a gated residential complex is regulated by a written contract with notarized signatures between the investor and the owners of individual sites, and the contract must be entered on the account of each independent object and is opposed to its subsequent acquirers. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2021-02-12 17:15:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- It is complicated. This "е противопоставим на неговите последващи приобретатели" is part of the law, namely art.2, par. 2 of the Condominium Ownership Management Act (COMA). There are several translations thereof. One of them is - "and shall be opposed of its following transferee", but this translation does not make sense to me. https://www.mrrb.bg/en/law-on-the-condominium-ownership-mana... Another is - "its validity shall be carried over to any persons to whom the unit is subsequently transferred" https://mhlegal.eu/condominium-ownership-management-act/ One more source - same as number two. http://ryustem.eu/en/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Condominium_... I think this is the meaning that the next owners will have to comply with it. On the other hand, the used word "противопоставим" means opposable by itself, but it doesn't make sense in this contect (at least to me). Then the next owners can oppose it if that's what it's meant. It is a bit unclear according to me. https://www.europarl.europa.eu/cmsdata/211817/additional-answers-libe.pdf |

-------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 heure (2021-02-12 15:03:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry for answering in Bulgarian, I didn't spot you are Ukrainian. But GT produces a really good translation. ZUES is the abbreviation of the law. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 heures (2021-02-12 15:11:30 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "Opposable to" is indeed a possible translation but is also a bit too strong. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 heures (2021-02-12 15:41:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Good, thank you for the additional context. In this case, the opposable thing is the "договор за управление и поддръжка". I would go for the stronger term "opposable" here. Another option is "shall be binding". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 heures (2021-02-12 17:37:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://www.multitran.com/m.exe?a=3&sc=48&s=противопоставимо... |
