"[seem to] suggest an existing" extreme polarization / divergent polarization Explanation: According to Wikipedia the definition of "Political polarization" is the divergence of political attitudes to ideological extremes. Almost all ... Polarization in multiparty systems can also be defined along two ideological extremes, like in the case of India in the 1970s...etc. Accordingly, we can derive from this definition the expression needed to convey the idea of the far-end extremes in attitudes. Noting that the second suggestion as it seems to me tends to be used more or less in scientific context over the first one. As for تومئ الى وجود , we can use "point at an existing", "[seem to] suggest an existing", "seem to uphold an underlying" ...and many more. Example sentence(s):
