1. The EKOenergy label is a trademark registered by the Licensor. By means of this Licence
Agreement, the Licensee gets a parallel and limited right of use as detailed in this Agreement: a
right to use this label in the marketing of the Licensee’s products and in other corporate
communication for the period of validity of the Agreement.
2. By signing this Licence Agreement, the Licensee accepts that the Licensor is the sole
proprietor of the EKOenergy label, and that it can only be used according to the terms of this
Agreement.
3. In its operations, each Party undertakes to comply with all current legislation, especially
environmental laws and regulations, to act in accordance with good business practice, and to
observe the common ethical codes of conduct in its corporate communications activities.
4. The right of use of the EKOenergy label granted to the Licensee by this Licence Agreement is
parallel to the Licensor’s right of use. The Licensor has the right to use the object of the License,
and to assign other rights of use to it.
5. The Licensee does not have a right to transfer its right of use specified in this Licence
Agreement to any third party without prior written consent obtained from the Licensor. However, if
the Licensee is merged into another company, the Licensee’s rights and obligations under this
Agreement are assigned to such company.
6 The Licensee hereby accepts that the Licensor maintains a register containing details of the
holders of rights of use to the EKOenergy label and of those companies whose right of use has
ended, and that the Licensor may publish that information.
Traduzione - Italiano IV DIRITTI DERIVANTI DAL PRESENTE CONTRATTO
1. EKOenergia è un marchio registrato dal Licenziante. Attraverso tale Contratto, il
Licenziatario ottiene un diritto parallelo e limitato del suo utilizzo, così precisato: il
Licenziatario riceve il diritto di utilizzare questo marchio per la commercializzazione dei
propri prodotti e in altre comunicazioni dell'impresa per il periodo di validità del Contratto.
2. Firmando questo Contratto di Licenza, il Licenziatario accetta che il Licenziante sia il
solo proprietario del marchio EKOenergia e che questo possa essere usato soltanto
secondo i termini previsti da tale Contratto.
3. Nel proprio operato, ogni Parte s’impegna a rispettare tutta la legislazione in vigore, in
particolare le leggi e i regolamenti ambientali, ad agire in conformità alle buone pratiche
imprenditoriali e ad osservare i codici di comportamento etici comuni nelle relative attività
di comunicazione d'impresa.
4.Il diritto all'utilizzo del marchio EKOenergia garantito al Licenziatario dal seguente
contratto di licenza è parallelo al diritto di utilizzo del Licenziante, il quale ha diritto ad
utilizzare l'oggetto della licenza e ad assegnargli altri diritti relativi all'utilizzo stesso.
5. Al Licenziatario non è consentito di trasferire il proprio diritto di utilizzo specificato in
questo Contratto a terzi senza previo consenso scritto del Licenziante. Tuttavia, in caso di
fusione del Licenziatario con un'altra azienda, i diritti e i doveri del Licenziatario previsti in
quest’Accordo sono trasferiti a tale azienda.
6. Con il presente, il Licenziatario accetta che il Licenziante tenga un registro contenente i
dettagli relativi alle aziende detentrici del diritto di utilizzo del marchio EKOenergia e di
quelle il cui diritto è decaduto. Inoltre, accetta che il Licenziante possa pubblicare tali
informazioni.

Paris – ville de l’amour, ville des Lumières, ville des loyers aussi. En l’espace de 10 ans, les prix à la location ont augmenté de 50% alors que dans le même temps des milliers de m² sont laissés vacants. Jeudi Noir, un jeune collectif militant français, profite de l’espace et occupe depuis quelques années ces appartements inoccupés.
Le documentaire Ainsi squattent-ils, qui sort demain, retrace le parcours de leurs actions qui visent, à proprement parler, l’extension du domaine de la lutte.
Ils s’appellent Jonathan, Élise, Stéphane, Romain, Margaux et Julien. Ils vivent à Paris et ne comptent pas parmi les personnes qui auraient le plus de mal à se loger. Semble-t-il. Mais tous ces jeunes se retrouvent échoués sur le front de la cherté des loyers ou de celui de la paperasse à fournir afin d’obtenir un contrat de location. Ils ne peuvent pas non plus compter sur l’argent de poche versé chaque mois par leurs parents ou sur un job garantissant un revenu stable. Leur solution contre l’augmentation des loyers ? Squatter. « Oui, c’est totalement illégal. Mais c’est légitime », affirment-ils. Squatter ne se résume pas à occuper un logement vide sans droit ni titre – pour Jeudi Noir, la réquisition des bâtiments vacants va bien plus loin.
JEUDI NOIR OU L’UTOPIE DES SQUATS
« Je voulais travailler sur l’univers des squats. Parce qu’ils sont à la marge de la ville et de la loi et que c’est en marge des cahiers d’écoliers que se dessinent les rêves les plus fous et les plus doux, ceux qui donnent de la saveur à la vie », disserte Marie Maffre. La documentariste a accompagné les jeunes du collectif Jeudi Noir pendant deux ans et demi. Son documentaire Ainsi squattent-ils explore les réalités de leur militantisme. « Dans les lieux qu’ils occupent, ils inventent une vie collective en dehors des systèmes marchands, en dehors des systèmes tout court. »

Jeudi Noir (Giovedì Nero), un giovane gruppo di attivisti francesi, ne approfitta e da alcuni anni occupa abusivamente questi appartamenti vuoti.
Il film-documentario francese Ainsi squattent-ils, uscito al cinema il 5 giugno scorso, ripercorre le azioni di questo gruppo di giovani che, a dirla tutta, mirano ad estendere il loro campo di lotta.
Sono Jonathan, Élise, Stéphane, Romain, Margaux e Julien. Vivono a Parigi e non hanno l’aria di essere tra coloro che incontrano più difficoltà a trovare un appartamento in affitto, o almeno così pare. Tutti questi giovani, però, si ritrovano bloccati di fronte ad affitti onerosi o a causa della marea di scartoffie da procurare per ottenere un contratto d’affitto. Non possono neppure contare sulla paghetta versata ogni mese dai genitori o su di un lavoro che garantisca loro un’entrata fissa. La soluzione contro l’aumento degli affitti? L’occupazione abusiva. "Si, è del tutto illegale, ma legittimo", dicono loro. Occupare non significa semplicisticamente entrare in un appartamento vuoto senza diritto né titolo: secondo Jeudi Noir la requisizione degli edifici vacanti va ben oltre.
L'UTOPIA DEGLI SQUAT
"Volevo indagare sul mondo degli squatter perché vivono ai margini della città e della legge ed è ai margini dei quaderni di scuola che si disegnano i sogni più folli e più dolci, quelli che danno sale alla vita", ragiona Marie Maffre. La documentarista ha seguito per due anni e mezzo i giovani del gruppo Jeudi Noir. Il suo film-documentario Ainsi squattent-ils indaga la realtà della loro vita di attivisti. "Nei luoghi che occupano, s’inventano un modo di vivere collettivo fuori dai sistemi capitalisti, fuori da ogni schema".
