Source text - French Tout au long de la procédure précontentieuse, la Commission a insisté sur l’exécution immédiate et effective de la décision 2006/261. En outre, elle a demandé, à plusieurs reprises, des informations et des éclaircissements supplémentaires portant sur les bénéficiaires et les modalités d’adoption des dispositions réglementaires de recouvrement. Les demandes de la Commission étaient motivées soit par l’insuffisance, aux yeux de celle-ci, des informations fournies par les autorités italiennes, soit par une mise à jour des données sur l’état d’avancement du recouvrement de l’aide. Les autorités italiennes ont informé la Commission, par plusieurs courriers consécutifs, de l’état et des modalités d’exécution de la décision 2006/261.
Translation - Estonian Komisjon rõhutas kogu kohtueelse menetluse kestel, et otsus 2006/261 tuleb kohe ja tõhusalt täide viia. Lisaks küsis ta korduvalt lisateavet ja ‑selgitusi abisaajate ja tagastamist käsitlevate õigusnormide vastuvõtmise üksikasjalike eeskirjade kohta. Komisjon esitas need küsimused kas seetõttu, et tema arvates oli Itaalia ametiasutuste esitatud teave ebapiisav, või siis seetõttu, et teavet abi tagasinõudmise edenemise kohta oli vaja ajakohastada. Itaalia ametiasutused teavitasid komisjoni paljude järjestikuste kirjadega otsuse 2006/261 täitmise seisust ja selle üksikasjalikest eeskirjadest.
