Medical - Psychology / Mental health care
Spanish term or phrase: contenido de comunicación
This comes from an evaluation performed by a mental health professional assessing a new patient.

It's a standalone title, followed by a series of "Principal Factors" with checkboxes, such as "Substance abuse" or "Family problems." I'm leaning toward something like "Communication issues," but want to make sure there's not a more specific term I'm overlooking.

The document originates from Puerto Rico.

Communication content

Explanation:
"In a simple model, often referred to as the transmission model or standard view of communication, information or content (e.g. a message in natural language) is sent in some form (as spoken language) from an emisor/ sender/ encoder to a destination/ receiver/ decoder.
However, "communicación" in this case may not actually refer to communication skills of the patient, but to the document/report per se. In Spain, it often refers to the document, memo, press release, etc. in question.
On the other hand, if it does refer to the patient, the literal translation still works IMHO.
