Este fue el nombre legal o jurídico con que se denominó a los efectos de la represión del estado sobre lo criminal. Los militares construyeron el consenso social en base a la lógica del: “no hay cuerpo de la víctima ni del delito”. La eficacia de esta estrategia, por lo tanto se basó en ocultar el material “que dé testimonio del hecho”
