What kind of airport is this... how is it possible that it is terrestre & maritime, that it can also serve La Plata, what is it located to the south of (al sure de que?), junto que rio...
Basically, since I don't know Buenos Aires or the airport, I need someone to give me a description of this airport (if it still exists - this is around the 1930s).

Las referencias que te indico hablan de la Isla Demarchi y hay un plano.
"al sur" de las orillas de la ciudad de BsAs sobre el Rio de la Plata? Aun mas al sur [de la Isla] esta el Riachuelo.
La Plata se encuentra todavia mas al sur, y tu texto dice "que debería servir también para La Plata" [no queda muy lejos].
Quiza sea el antiguo Puerto Madero?

"maritime airport" does exist... I suspect that the planes at the B.A. airport can land on land or water... La Plata, I believe, is across the river from B.A.
