Japanese term

基準W

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Management Employee assessment
This appears in an assessment sheet for employees. Its the column for employers to grade employees on their competencies.
Does anyone know what the "W" indicates?
I don't think its a typo. I've seen "W" used in other contexts for "double." Would this make sense here?
Proposed translations (English)
3 Standard weightage

More context, please... Are there any specific criteria they're assessing? That may provide a clue.
