Japanese term

燈り戸

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Furniture / Household Appliances
I am translating a list of office fixtures/supplies. I'm not sure what this is, but am supposing this is a sort of a frosted glass door/window to get natural light from outside?

googled:
light-taking window = something very technical. not good.
light window - seems this is used in English

あかりど in Japanese is somehow hard to identify (nail) via google. あかり戸 was the most common version but it's from a somewhat famous poem. Not from commonly used language.

Still I believe it usually means a window for taking outside light in. I don't think it has to be 'frosted' though. I am not sure why it's considered as office supply/fixture.

agree Yumico Tanaka (X) : "Frosted" may be good too. Some offices need to soften the brightness from outside depending on the location...
