Please put on the waiting list for in-patient treatment
In England the decision that treatment is needed does not mean instant admission to hospital so one is 'put on the waiting list' prior to admission. I would understand 'didaftar' as meaning that rather than actually admitting to hospital which happens when you actually go there and have the treatment. Maybe in Indonesia you go into hospital without any waiting period.
Example sentence:
Patients who are eligible for a heart transplant are placed on a waiting list for a donor heart.

Thanks rekan Laurens. Googlik (Mengulik dg Google) menunjukan dalam cakap sehari-hari, mis. "dirawat karena kecelakaan", "dirawat' cenderung = dirawat inap. Pasien rawat jalan umumnya bisa mendaftar sendiri, pasien rawat inap sering harus dibantu daftar.
