Der Achsantrieb ist ein Bauteil aus dem Fahrzeugbereich. Er lenkt bei längsliegendem Motor die Kraft über ein Kegelradgetriebe um 90° auf die Antriebsachse um und überträgt sie bei querliegendem Motor über Stirnräder auf die Antriebsräder. Er besteht aus Ausgleichgetriebegehäuse, Ausgleichgetriebe und Tellerrad, welches als Winkeltrieb das Drehmoment auf die Antriebswelle der Räder überträgt.
