German to English Other Business/Commerce (general) Garantie

I am translating a letter in which a person introduces himself as someone who heads the "Bereich Garantie" of a company. The company offers a service whereby motor vehicle manufacturers are provided with an efficient and standardised processing of claims made on their vehicle warranties. I see from the internet that "Berecih Garantie" is often translated as "technical support" but this seems too general here-maybe "warranty support" ? His area of responsibility is in all aspects of helping motor vehicle manufacturers deal with warranty claims. The translation is a little tricky as the service being offered is unusual so there is no standard English translation to my knowledge.


This is the sentence:

"Bei der Firma** leite ich seit 2007 den Bereich Garantie"
