Heb ik vertaald als: Het zal de partijen verboden worden om bezwaar te maken tegen de toelaatbaarheid van de Overeenkomst in enige rechtsprocedure. Ik twijfel over de term "toelaatbaarheid" hier. Wellicht "ontvankelijkheid"?
