servient tenement easement

ease would mean easement, and the following reference and the complete doucment should be very helpful to you.

"Easements are usually separated into easements appurtenant and easements in gross. An easement appurtenant is created to benefit the owner of another parcel, known as the dominant tenement. This easement will run over another tract called the servient tenement."
