The problem phrase occurs in the following passage:
For this reason, the positions in a number of riskier markets were partially transferred to the US bond market. At the short end, the yield on a US bond is 120 basis points higher than that on an equivalent German government bond - reason enough to reinvest in USD paper after a long period of absence.
