Shareholders who contribute assets in kind to the Fund in exchange for Shares in the Fund generally will, at the time of disposition by the Fund of the Shareholder’s contributed asset, be specially allocated gains or losses from such assets up to the amount of built-in gain or built-in loss, respectively, at the time of contribution.
