How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Egészen pontosan a "waiver of deductibles and co-insurance/copayment" azt jelenti, hogy a betegnek az ellátásának, orvosi költségeknek a ráeső részét nem kell kifizetnie, mivel az ellátó mentesíti ez alól (általában jóhiszeműségből/jóakaratból, mert esetleg nem telik rá a betegnek). Ez már-már bevett gyakorlatnak számít - holott ez egy büntetendő gyakorlat, mivel így pl. ha egy beteg ellátása 100 dollárba kerül, az önrész pedig 20%, akkor a betegnek ennyit (20 dollárt) ki kellene fizetnie, a biztosítójának pedig a fennmaradó 80%-ot. De ha a beteget mentesítik a 20 dollár kifizetése alól, a biztosító pedig kifizeti a 80 dollárt, így tulajdonképpen csalás történik, hiszen ha a páciens nem fizet, akkor az ellátás ÖSSZESEN 80 dollárba kerül, amiből viszont csak (az eredeti arányok alapján) 80%-ot kellene a biztosítónak fizetni, vagyis 64 dollárt. Ördögi kör.
