वास्तव में, यह बैंक द्वारा दिए गए ऋण में सरकारी सहायता की राशि से संबंधित है. सामान्य रूप से किस्तें ऋण लेने वाले द्वारा अदा की जाती हैं. शुरू की किस्तें ऋण लेनेवाला देता है. सरकारी सहायता की राशि की किस्तें बाद में वसूल की जाती हैं. इस अर्थ में इन्हें उत्तरवर्ती किस्तें या बाद में देय किस्तें कह सकते हैं.

Adjustment of subsidy to
Borrower's Account
Initially the loans are given inclusive
of subsidy (i.e., 7 5 % of the total
project cost). The subsidy released
by NABARD on behalf of individual
units to the banks will be kept in a
separate account entitled 'Subsidy
Reserve Fund A/c.'-borrower-wise
by the financing bank. Since the
subsidy is back-ended , the
repayment schedule will be drawn
on the loan amount in such a way
that subsidy amount is adjusted
after the bank loan is liquidated.
No interest will be charged on the
subsidy portion by the financing
bank.
