Hi, what would you call sheltered housing in Albanian?

In the UK, this is when (usually older) people live independently in their own homes, but they are in a street or complex with other similar houses, the residents have the use of a concierge, the building are wheelchair/zimmer frame friendly, and they have pull cords to summon help if they fall.

There's also "very sheltered housing", which is more like having a room in a hall of residence, with your own facilities but with staff in the building and communal areas for socialising.
