The tendency of a decision-making group to filter out undesirable input so that a consensus may be reached, especially if it is in line with the leader's viewpoint.
Example sentences:

Mendimi në grup është një mënyrë e të menduarit brenda një grupi kompakt i cili përbëhet nga individë që me çdo mënyrë kërkojnë të arrijnë konsensus duke përjashtuar alternativat e tjera për zgjidhjen e situatës.
