Hazing and bullying janë dy probleme shumë të përhapura dhe të rrezikshme, sidomos në institucionet arsimore( shkolla, kolegje, universitete, e qendra edukative) në vecanti ne Amerikë.Shtete të ndryshme kanë politika të ndryshme. Koncepti është shumë i gjerë. Kohët e fundit këto fenomene janë të përhapura edhe në organizata të ndryshme.

You are very welcome. I knew that you have checked before you posted it. I find myself in the same position as you are now. Sometimes I understand the concept very well and I am very familiar with it and yet I cannot find the right translation or I think that my translation doesn't sound right. As a teacher I go through “How to Prevent Hazing and Bullying” every year but I never thought about the equivalent of the word “hazing” in Albanian up to this moment.

Here is some more information about anti-hazing law. Hopefully, it will help. As I mentioned before hazing and bullying are the two main problems we are facing today in American school system. The law changes from one state (only 44 states have the Anti-hazing law) to the other but they all have in common two things:
1. "Hazing" means any action or situation which recklessly or intentionally endangers the mental or physical health or safety of a student or which willfully destroys or removes public or private property for the purpose of initiation or admission into or affiliation with, or as a condition for continued membership in, any organization operating under the sanction of or recognized as an organization by an institution of higher learning.
2. Any person receiving bodily injury by hazing or mistreatment shall have a right to sue, civilly, the person or persons guilty thereof, whether adults or infants.
Another word that is used for “hazing” is “abusive initiating” because it is a way of initiating a person into a gang, club, military organization or other groups through either physical (sometimes violent) or mental (possibly degrading) practices.
