Ask an Albanian filmmaker and see what they say they call voice-over. I say this for sure, because I have many friends in the film industry.

: Sorry, but it is incorrect. Albanian cinema, film, TV, drama professionals do not use the term this way.

If you are using the word "narratim" having in mind the English words narration or narrate I would say that we do have beautiful Albanian words for each of them:
narration in Albanian language means tregim or rrëfim
narrate in Albanian language means tregoj, rrefej
Voice - over has entered our dictionaries as Zëri i folësit and my opinion is, just my opinion, that we don't have to come up with another word if we already have "zëri i folësit" word which gives the full meaning of the voice-over.
