Dutch term
4/1e, 4/2e, 330 wk, 332 hs (property abbreviations)
Dutch to English
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
I have been given a list of 'Achterstanden huurafrekening' from a property management company.
Listed under complex/naam/huisnummer I have things like
[Naam] 4/1e
[Naam] 4/2e
[Naam] 4/3e
[Naam] 330 wk
[Naam] 332 hs
[Naam] 340 huis
I'm not sure if 1e, 2e etc. are flats, floors or what. I don't know what wk is, and I guess hs is huis.
I've never come across one of these before, so any help would be appreciated.

misschien is 4 een studentenhuis of portiekwoning
4/1e = eerste huurder van nummer vier enzovoort, dus 4/first, 4/second, 4/third

: 4/1 could maybe also be street number 4, apartment 1 or 1st floor. Maybe best to consult client on the meaning of his acronyms.

to consult the client seems wise to me; else you can't be sure

: agree with Ariser; hs and huis are ground floor, normally followed by 1st, 2nd and 3rd; so I live at 170-2 but I have to walk up three flights as hs lives on the first floor ?

I don't think hs and huis refer to first floor; I think they oppose winkel (and hs might be huursubsidie). The winkel / huis category are a different category than /1, /2, et cetera
