This term appears in a mortgage deed:

"De kredietnemers verbinden zich om indien zij een perceel verkrijgen ter uitbreiding van hun erfpachtperceel dit onder het hypothecair verband te brengen en bij gebreke waarvan zij aan kredietgeefster onherroepelijke volmacht verlenen, makende deze deel uit van deze overeenkomst, om voor en namens hen het na de vestiging van deze hypotheek eventueel te verkrijgen perceel op kosten van kredietnemers bij te verbinden bij ** akte van bijverband ** en om voor en namens hen de daartoe vereiste akte te ondertekenen."

The meaning is clear from the context, but what term is used in English? Any suggestions would be welcome.
