I think the first answer is likely correct. The sentence is "Etiketeer met waarschuwings- en KK etiket." and refers to a filled and packaged syringe.

kk and 'etiket' may be separate items, but the only way to know is to see exactly how it is presented in your text.

If you could show how exactly it occurs in your text, with what preceeds and follows it, this may be helpful.

Firstly, I do think that 'KK' does not refer to the type of label (does not make sense in the context) but to meaningful information, as 'waarschuwing' is meaningful info.

So my assumption would be 'kk' refers to 'koelkast'

As far as 'KK' is concerned.

Indeed, interesting evidence.
It shows the writer is in the habit of using 'KK' as an abbreviation for 'koelkast'.

Yes, I think you're right - later in the document there's a hrandwritten note, 'uit KK'.

K+K Klebetechnik is a large Continental manufacturer of self-adhesive labels for all purposes and it is most likely that that is the meaning of this term. I express only medium certainty about this because someone else may come up with a different meaning.
