het lijkt mij dat deze formulering wil voorzien in het beeindigen van allerlei relaties, niet alleen een huwelijk, maar elke relatie waarbij sprake kan zijn van het verdelen van eigendom, een zo'n ruim mogelijke beschrijving is dus belangrijk
