In a job description listing competencies. I know overwicht can mean, for example, authority, prevalence, superiority, supremacy but am not sure what the best solution here would be. Authority?

: how does an adjective work as a translation of a noun?????/so show/act with authority doesn't work in English? I guess I'd better brush up on my English.

If there is no adequate noun, then "Needs to be authoritative" would be a good meaning-based option. I surely will! Thanks for your advice! Greetings!
