Would the correct translation be Joint Sectoral Committee for Services? I'm sure Joint Sectoral Committee is correct, but I'm not so sure about "dienstverlening."

Joint Sectoral Committee for the Services Sector/Industry
Since a Bedrijfscommissie represents an industry or sector, this may be more appropriate.

BEDRIJFSCOMMISSIE
JOINT SECTORAL COMMITTEE
Name given to the industry-level bipartite Committee, composed of equal numbers of employer and employee representatives, set up in each industry or sector of activity by the Social and Economic Council. Under the terms of the Works Councils Act, this Committee mediates in disputes between an employer and the works council. If it fails to establish agreement between the two parties, the Committee puts forward its decision in a formal opinion. If one of the parties finds this unacceptable, they may refer the matter to the courts.

Comment: "Thanks, Moira. I had already referred to the link (which you gave me before), but couldn't find anything specifically referrring to "dienstverlening." And yes, writeaway, I too believe the idea is to translate ideas rather than words. I just wanted to know for certain if there was some sort of "official" translation for this. "
