This is from an EEG report on a child with severe epilepsy.
First occurrence:
Fréquentes pointes et pointes-ondes temporo-occipitales bilatérales, souvent asynchrones. Pas de ***cinétique de décharge***.
Second occurence:
Les ondes aigües et les rares paroxysmes sont isolés, pas d’organisation rythmique, pas de ***dynamiques de décharges***.
Can anyone explain the meaning and suggest a translation?
Do "dynamiques" and "cinétique" mean the same thing here?
