In the context of a professional association, would this be 'governing bodies', 'Society bodies', 'committees'?
'Committees' seems to be the most common term in professional bodies in the UK, but then how to differentiate from 'Conselho'?

Portuguese term (edited):
orgão social
Member Body of the Association
social: welfare, corporate or partnership.
Here they might be 'associative bodies'. It would be odd if there were more than one Governing Body, namely Conselho.

O contexto não está muito claro. Esses órgãos sociais não seriam as diversas diretorias da associação profissional?
