I answered regarding the whole context which is "ﻋﻠﻰ أن ھذا اﻹﯾﻌﺎز ﻻ ﯾؤﺧر ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ اﻷﻗﺳﺎم اﻟواﺿﺣﺔ ﻣن ورﻗﺔ اﻟﺣﻛم " the posted term is " الايعاز لا يؤخر ما فى ورقة الحكم" which I think does't lead to the wanted answer.
ﻋﻠﻰ أن ھذا اﻹﯾﻌﺎز ﻻ ﯾؤﺧر ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ اﻷﻗﺳﺎم اﻟواﺿﺣﺔ ﻣن ورﻗﺔ اﻟﺣﻛم وﻣﻣﺎ ﻻ ﯾﺗوﻗف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﻣور اﻟﺗﻲ أوﻋز ﺑﻣراﺟﻌﺔ اﻟﻣﺣﻛﻣﺔ ﻣن أﺟﻠﮭﺎ.
